Everyone's favorite part of our gala is our Silent Auction! And we are working on getting bigger and better prizes than ever before! But we need your help! The Silent Auction accounts for a huge portion of the event's proceeds so we need the community to show their support by donating gift certificates, gift cards, event or sporting event tickets, goods, services, meals and more!
Silent Auction Donors will be recognized in the following ways:
Listing as a Silent Auction donor in our Souvenir Event Program/Journal: All guests will receive a hard copy of the Souvenir Event Program during the Gala. Guests include administrators, business-owners and other community members, alumni, teachers, student families, and supporters of the Foundation, Plus, a digital version will be sent to over 4,500 of our supporters! The program will include ads from all sponsors, messages of support from community members who purchase ads, and photos and other information about the work the Foundation has done over the past year.
Recognition on the Woodland Hills Foundation Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages which are viewed by over 1,200 unique followers each; includes multiple postings, including sponsor-specific announcements.
Prominent listing on the Woodland Hills Foundation website, www.WoodlandHillsFoundation.com, which welcomed 4,598 unique visitors in December 2022 alone.
Distinguished listing/announcements in the Woodland Hills Foundation E-Newsletter email blasts, which includes over 4,500 unique subscribers.
