"I joined the board of the Woodland Hills Foundation because I am passionate about quality public education, invested in our school district, and find personal fulfillment in serving my community. Volunteering with the Foundation allows me to focus my time and talents in ways that align with my set of values regarding education, community-building, and service."
Liz Garlena-Estep, Member since 2020
"I joined the Board twice. The first time, I was a young professional who wanted to find a way to make positive change in my community. The second time, I’d seen the impact of the Foundation over time and knew I wanted to continue the work for the kids, the educators, and the community at large."
