Meet your Stress Management and Healthy Eating Specialists
Tanisha Ramsey (WHSD Class of 2012) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also attended Carlow University where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. She currently works as a private practice counselor and as a behavioral consultant. She has experience working with young to middle aged adults and with individuals in treatment for drug and alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, stress management, and with individuals who have experienced abuse and trauma.
Marcie Jacob graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. She attended Bluffton University’s Dietetic Internship Program, where she rotated through various locations including hospitals, community outreach locations, diabetes clinics, etc. Marcie also had the opportunity to intern at the University of Pittsburgh’s Sports Nutrition Program where she was able to speak with athletes about their nutrition and create educational posts to help them perform to the best of their abilities. She has experience working with the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and is currently working at Adagio Health as a Power Up Nutritionist, where she teaches nutrition in schools as well as coordinates community outreach events.
Courtney Lylo graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. She attended a Dietetic Internship program at Virginia Tech, where she gained experience in both clinical and community settings. Courtney has experience in Sports Nutrition and was a Sports Dietitian fellow at the University of Pittsburgh, where she was responsible for providing nutrition education and fueling support to student athletes. She currently works at Adagio Health as a Power Up Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, where she provides nutrition education in schools and the community. In her free time, Courtney likes to cook and spend time with her cat Gouda.
