Welcome, 2026 Trunk or Treat Trunk Hosts!
Thank you for being part of this year’s Woodland Hills Foundation Trunk or Treat! We are so excited to have you join us and truly appreciate the time, creativity, candy, and energy you are contributing to make this event possible.
Please read through the following information carefully before Sunday so you know where to go and what to expect when you arrive.

2:00–4:00 PM
RAIN OR SHINE
TRUNK HOST ENTRANCE
Trunk or Treat will take place in the BACK PARKING LOT of Woodland Hills High School.
All Trunk Hosts MUST enter through the back entrance at:
505 Glasgow Road
Pittsburgh, PA 15221
Please use this address in your GPS. Do not enter through the main entrance on Greensburg Pike, which will be used for event guests and other event traffic.
ARRIVAL & SETUP
Trunk Host arrival and setup is from 12:00–1:30 PM.
All participating vehicles must be in their assigned locations NO LATER THAN 1:30 PM, and trunks should be completely set up and ready by 1:45 PM.
For everyone's safety, Trunk Host vehicles must remain in place until the event concludes at 4:00 PM.
Please remember that electricity will NOT be available.
YOUR ASSIGNED TRUNK LOCATION
The FINAL Trunk Host Map and Parking List are posted below.
Please review the alphabetical parking list to find your assigned row and parking spot, and then use the map to locate your space.
We have done our best to honor requests from groups that asked to be parked near one another. If you would like to be moved to a different available location, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
IMPORTANT: Parking spot numbers shown in BLACK on the map are OPEN.
If there are open spaces next to or near your assigned spot, you are welcome to spread out into those spaces if you need additional room for tables, tents, games, decorations, or other activities.
When you arrive on Sunday, volunteers will also be available to help direct you to your assigned location.
WHAT TO BRING
You are welcome to bring a pop-up tent or canopy, tables, folding chairs, games, decorations, signs, and anything else you would like to use at your trunk.
Please bring everything you will need for your setup. The Woodland Hills Foundation/H.U.G.S. is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
If you bring a tent or canopy, we strongly recommend bringing weights to secure it.
CANDY
Please be prepared to hand out at least 800 pieces of candy.
Trunk or Treat attracts a LOT of children, and we know some hosts may still run out. Don't worry—we will have additional candy available!
Our Candy Fairy will make rounds throughout the event with her candy wagon to replenish trunks as needed.
WEATHER
Trunk or Treat is RAIN OR SHINE!
October weather can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. We strongly encourage bringing a pop-up tent or canopy as well as weights to secure it in case of wind.
COSTUMES & DECORATIONS
Have fun and be creative!
Unique, fun, and family-friendly trunk designs are encouraged, but your setup does not need to be elaborate. A Halloween tablecloth, some decorations, and a bowl of candy are perfectly fine!
Costumes are encouraged but not required.
Because this is a family event, gore, weapons, excessively frightening displays, and anything showing disrespect toward another person or group are NOT permitted.
HAS SOMETHING CHANGED?
If your plans have changed and you are no longer able to participate, or if your group will be bringing more or fewer vehicles than originally planned, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Even a one-vehicle change can affect the parking layout, so it is very important that we know before Sunday.
