The Woodland Hills Foundation is thrilled to announce the return of our annual Starry Night Gala on Saturday, March 13, 2027, at Edgewood Country Club!

Our biggest night of the year is more than just a celebration. It's an opportunity to recognize the extraordinary people who make Woodland Hills School District a place where students, educators, and families can thrive.

From dedicated educators and inspiring alumni to community leaders and everyday changemakers, Woodland Hills is filled with individuals whose passion, generosity, and commitment make a lasting difference. The Starry Night Gala is our opportunity to shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to strengthen our schools, support our students, and enrich our community.

And we need your help identifying this year's stars!

Help Us Recognize the Stars of Woodland Hills!

Nominations are now open for our 2027 Gala honorees!

We invite members of the Woodland Hills community to help us recognize individuals whose dedication, accomplishments, and service deserve to be celebrated.

The nomination deadline is Friday, November 13, 2026.

Following the nomination deadline, each nominee will have an opportunity to review their nomination and provide additional information about their accomplishments, contributions, and experiences.

Completed nomination packets will then be shared with our 2027 Gala Host Committee, a group of community members invited to serve based on their leadership, experience, and commitment to Woodland Hills. Using a predefined evaluation rubric, the committee will carefully review nominations and select this year's honorees.

We anticipate announcing our 2027 honorees before the end of December 2026.

Know someone who deserves to be recognized? We encourage you to submit a nomination and help us celebrate the remarkable people who make Woodland Hills shine!

A Night of Celebration. A Lasting Impact.

While the Starry Night Gala is an evening dedicated to honoring the people who make our community extraordinary, it also serves as the Woodland Hills Foundation's largest annual fundraising event.

Every ticket purchased, sponsorship secured, advertisement placed, and donation made helps us continue investing in the students, educators, and families of Woodland Hills School District.

Proceeds from the Gala support a wide range of Foundation programs and initiatives, including:

• Backpacks of Hope and the Woodland Hills High School Free Student Pantry: Helping ensure students experiencing food insecurity have access to meals, groceries, and essential hygiene products.

• Student Scholarships: Supporting graduating seniors as they pursue higher education, career training, and their dreams for the future.

• Teacher Mini-Grants and the Dream Book: Providing educators with resources, classroom materials, innovative learning experiences, and opportunities that might otherwise be beyond their school budgets.

• Free Community Events: Bringing students, families, educators, and neighbors together through events like Trunk or Treat, Kickball & Kona, the Kindergarten Fall Festival, and other community-building experiences.

These programs represent more than financial assistance. They create opportunities, remove barriers, strengthen relationships, and remind our students and educators that an entire community stands behind them.

Be Part of Something Extraordinary

Our 2026 Starry Night Gala raised a record-breaking $68,000, thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, guests, donors, volunteers, and community partners.

As we look ahead to 2027, we hope to build on that success, celebrate even more of the people who make Woodland Hills special, and continue expanding the Foundation's impact throughout our district.

Whether you nominate a deserving individual, attend the Gala, become a sponsor, or make a donation, you are helping us create brighter futures for Woodland Hills students.

Join us on March 13, 2027, for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the stars of Woodland Hills School District — and the community that helps them shine.
